Can all vinyl and linoleum floors be restored?
No. Suitability depends on substrate condition, damage, contamination and the remaining wear layer. The assessment distinguishes a recoverable finish from a floor that would be better replaced.
Is this the same as PU recolouring?
PU recolouring is one possible restoration route. Some floors need only stripping and resealing; others suit a clear protective coating or a full colour change.
How is the work scheduled?
The programme is built around access and cure times. Smaller areas may fit one evening or overnight window; larger estates are handed back in agreed phases.
