Why it works
Protection you’ll never see. Results you will.
An impregnating sealer sits within the stone’s pores, not on its surface — it doesn’t change the look or slip characteristics, it simply gives you a window to clean up spills before they penetrate. It’s the difference between a wipe and a restoration project.
Invisible impregnating protection
No film, no plastic sheen — the stone looks and behaves like stone, minus the absorbency.
Spills stay recoverable
Oil and waterborne spills bead at the surface long enough to be cleaned normally.
Cured before you open
Application and cure are completed within the out-of-hours window.
Scheduled re-protection
Sealing is renewed on a planned cycle, keeping protection continuous without you tracking it.
We work while you’re closed

You open on restored floors

Questions, answered
What facilities teams ask us.
If your question isn’t covered, the survey is the fastest way to a straight answer — free and without obligation.
Will sealing make the floor shiny or slippery?
No — impregnating sealers change neither appearance nor slip resistance. If you want an enhanced or satin look, enhancing sealers exist; we’ll show you the options on a sample area.
How long does a stone seal last?
Typically 2–5 years depending on traffic and cleaning regime. High-traffic zones are usually re-treated on a shorter cycle, which we build into your maintenance plan.
Should new stone floors be sealed?
Yes — new stone is at its most absorbent. Sealing immediately after installation (or after restoration) protects it from day one.
Does sealed stone still need special cleaning?
Routine cleaning becomes easier, but pH-appropriate products still matter — harsh chemistry shortens sealer life. Your handover pack specifies suitable products.
