What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or request an assessment we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, contact details and information about your premises and flooring. We do not collect more than we need to respond.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange assessments, prepare quotations and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you, and contractual necessity where you become a client. Enquiry data that doesn’t lead to work is deleted within 12 months. Client records are retained for the period required for contractual, insurance and tax purposes. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by our website hosting provider; we do not share your details with any other third parties.
