Can you work in occupied clinical environments?
Yes — with the right planning. Work is phased with your estates and infection-control leads, access and sign-in procedures are followed exactly, and areas are handed back clean, dry and documented before each shift change.
How do you handle infection control requirements?
Your IPC requirements lead the method statement: products, containment and sequencing are agreed in advance, and antimicrobial floor protection such as Dr Schutz Virobac is available where the specification calls for it.
Can slip testing be included in a maintenance programme?
Yes — periodic BS 7976 pendulum testing is commonly built into healthcare programmes, giving your estates team documented PTV results over time rather than a single snapshot.
