Can badly discoloured grout really be restored?
Usually, yes. Most discolouration is trapped soiling rather than permanent staining, and mechanical restoration removes it. Where grout is beyond recovery we’ll tell you at the survey and discuss options like grout colourant.
Is the process safe for kitchens and food areas?
Yes — we use methods and products appropriate to food-safe environments and schedule around your hygiene routines, typically after close-down cleaning is complete.
Will you seal the grout afterwards?
We recommend it. An impregnating grout seal slows re-soiling significantly and makes routine cleaning more effective. It’s applied the same night as the restoration.
How long does tile and grout restoration take?
Most areas complete in a single overnight window. Large floor plates are programmed across consecutive nights so every morning you open fully operational.
