Working while you’re closed
Carpet & Upholstery
Carpets deep cleaned, dry before the doors open.
Hot water extraction for heavily soiled commercial carpets — the deepest clean available, scheduled overnight so drying time happens on our clock, not yours.
Fixed proposal for the agreed scope · Access and handover confirmed in writing
Handover planned around your operation
What it is designed to achieve
The deepest clean, minus its one drawback.
Hot water extraction is the benchmark for restoring heavily soiled carpet — and its only real cost is drying time. Delivered out of hours, that cost disappears: the carpet dries overnight while the building is empty.
Restorative extraction
Heated solution and powerful vacuum recovery pull embedded soiling from the full pile depth.
Drying time costs nothing
Overnight scheduling plus air movers mean carpets are dry before your team returns.
Stain and odour treatment
Spots, spillages and odours are treated as part of the programme, not left behind.
Extends carpet life
Removing abrasive grit from the pile measurably slows wear — protecting the asset, not just the look.
When to consider this service
Signs the floor needs a closer assessment.
- Heavy soil remains after interim cleaning
- Spills or traffic lanes are widespread
- The access window allows full extraction and drying
Floors and environments covered
Compatible commercial carpet, tiles and entrance areas where restorative extraction is appropriate.
Operational and curing considerations
Timing depends on floor condition, preparation, area size, drying or curing requirements and the access available. These are confirmed in the written proposal before work is agreed.

Questions, answered
What facilities teams ask us.
If your question isn’t covered, the assessment is the fastest way to a straight answer — free and without obligation.
When will the carpet be ready for use?
Drying depends on the carpet, soil level, extraction required, air movement and conditions. We plan the working window around those factors and confirm condition at handover.
How often should office carpets be extraction cleaned?
Typically every 6–12 months for general offices, more frequently for high-traffic circulation and hospitality areas. Interim low-moisture cleans between extractions keep appearance consistent.
Can you remove old stains?
Most spots and traffic staining respond well. Some substances (bleach, permanent dyes) alter the fibre itself and can’t be cleaned out — where that’s the case we’ll say so, and carpet repair may be the better fix.
Do we need to clear desks and furniture?
No — furniture moving and reinstatement is part of the service, agreed area-by-area at the assessment.
