Do we need to prepare the office before you arrive?
No — clear-desk policies help but aren’t required. Furniture moving and reinstatement is part of the service, and IT equipment is treated with appropriate care under an agreed method.
Can you work around hybrid patterns and late workers?
Yes — we schedule after your realistic empty time, not the official closing time, and can phase by floor or zone in buildings that never quite empty.
How do multi-tenant buildings work?
We coordinate with building management for access and services, and programme by demise or common parts as required — landlords and managing agents use us for both.
